I often joke about how every Yuri chapter is basically a twiyor chapter because the only reason Twilight’s not killed the weird little dude yet is because he actually cares for his wife’s happiness. He tolerates the shithead because he loves Yor. (Yes, that applies to both Twilight and Yuri.)

Which makes the ‘Double Trouble - Yuri Edition’ chapter the most twiyor chapter ever.

I know we focus a lot on Twilight asking himself why he hesitated in firing at Yuri, and that very dark panel of him read to bash his brother-in-law’s skull in… but that whole chapter is basically Twilight pulling his punches. Yuri’s very resilient! But I’m just saying Twilight could have 1) pulled the trigger right after Yuri loses his grip on his gun and 2) made use of the pipe much, much earlier. But no. Until that last moment of darkness/weakness, Twilight was just trying to make sure Yuri he stays down, but not dead.

Maybe Twilight’s just very tired.
